These conditions govern access to and permitted use of the website with URL www.librecorp.com.pe (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by LIBRE INMOBILIARIA S.A.C. with RUC No. 20605029451, domiciled at Av. Vasco Nuñez de Balboa 380, Miraflores (hereinafter, “LibreCorp” or “Libre”).

The Website has been created to showcase LibreCorp's real estate projects, services and information of interest, creating a channel of communication with its Users.

Accessing and browsing the Website implies acceptance, without reservation, of all the conditions included in this document. Where there are specific services within the Website subject to particular conditions, such conditions shall be deemed accepted by the mere use of the corresponding service.

• The “Libre” brand and its logo.
