Privacy Policy

LIBRE INMOBILIARIA S.A.C., with RUC No. 20605029451, domiciled at Av. Vasco Núñez de Balboa No. 380, Miraflores, Lima, hereinafter “LibreCorp”, ensures the confidentiality and protection of the personal data that Users of the Website, as well as persons who file a complaint and/or claim, enter through www.librecorp.com.pe (hereinafter, the “Website”).

LibreCorp is part of a group of companies engaged in the development and promotion of real estate projects (hereinafter, the “Group”). When the User expresses interest in a specific project, their data may be shared with the Group company that develops and/or markets that project, exclusively to address their inquiry and manage the corresponding sales process; in such case, that company will also be responsible for processing their data for those purposes.

LibreCorp recognizes the importance its Users place on their privacy and is committed to respecting the confidentiality of their personal information. The purpose of this Policy is to inform Users how their personal data is collected, processed and protected through the Website, whose purpose is to showcase LibreCorp's real estate projects and services, provide information about them and create a channel of communication with Users.

This Policy is governed by Peruvian law and, in particular, by Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS, as well as any other rules that amend or supplement them.

LibreCorp processes its Users' personal data in accordance with the guiding principles of Law No. 29733:

• Legality: Data is not collected through fraudulent or unlawful means.
• Consent: Processing requires the User's consent, except for the exceptions provided by law.
• Purpose: Data is collected for a specific, explicit and lawful purpose.
• Proportionality: Only the data strictly necessary for that purpose is requested.
• Security: The technical, organizational and legal measures necessary to guarantee its security and confidentiality are adopted.

• Contact forms: The personal data the User enters in the Website's contact forms (such as name, email and phone number) will be used by LibreCorp to address their inquiries, provide information about our real estate projects and, with their consent, send them commercial communications about the group's activities.
• Complaints Book: The data the User provides when filing a complaint or claim through the Virtual Complaints Book will be processed to manage and address such claim within the legal term of fifteen (15) business days, in accordance with Supreme Decree No. 011-2011-PCM, as amended by Supreme Decree No. 101-2022-PCM, without requiring their prior consent.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except with the User's express authorization, a legal obligation, or when it is necessary to entrust its processing to providers that render services to LibreCorp (for example, messaging, web hosting or sales management), who may only process it in accordance with our instructions and with the same confidentiality guarantees.

LibreCorp has implemented the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized processing. However, the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, so the User provides their information at their own risk.

The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, as well as the other rights recognized by Law No. 29733, by sending their request to the following email:

(Attaching a simple copy of their identity document or, if acting through a representative, a power of attorney with a notarized signature and a copy of the representative's identity document).

LibreCorp will address such requests within the terms established by the Regulations of Law No. 29733:

• Eight (8) business days for the right to information.
• Twenty (20) business days for the rights of access and portability.
• Ten (10) business days for the rights of rectification, cancellation or opposition.

These terms may be extended for an equal period, with prior notice to the User stating the reason for the extension.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User declares that they know and accept the processing of their personal data as set forth herein.

LibreCorp reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in response to changes in applicable law, case law, or at the company's own discretion. Any amendment will be published on the Website, so the User is advised to review it periodically.
